Naomi reviewed Heidi's existing way of working with the goal of helping Heidi streamline her processes and avoid procrastination. She recommended Asana as an effective digital to-do list, designing a series of workflows to better organize Heidi's day-to-day work.
CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE REVAMP
Brighton Lace is a successful e-commerce business selling sustainable lingerie direct to consumers.
Naomi reviewed the customer experience holistically to identify 3 key areas for improvement; abandoned carts, customer reviews and customer loyalty.
We started by better utilizing the capabilities of one of their existing tools, Mailchimp, to redesign the abandoned cart communications and crucially share them in a more timely manner. After researching the best software options to meet their various other needs, Naomi recommended a single, unified solution; Yopto. She then customized and integrated into Shopify to provide a seamless customer experience.

Brtitish American Business Leap (BAB-LEAP) is a niche consulting company that supports British businesses expanding into the US market.

Already investing in using Monday.com to manage their workflows, the team asked Naomi to design and implement a bespoke customer relationship management (CRM) board. Brighton Lace is a successful e-commerce business selling sustainable lingerie direct to consumers.
Their Shopify website had been up and running for a little over a year and was experiencing a few glitches. The Coellaborations team conducted a full health check with great results. Lou was able to overall the SEO to improve organic search results. We were also able to improve site speed (critical in the world of e-commerce), by removing junk-code from the original migration from Wordpress.
